The Role

As the Head of Finance APAC, you will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial management for the Asia-Pacific region. This role will be a key member of the regional leadership team, driving growth and operational excellence through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement the regional financial strategy in alignment with global objectives

- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning

- Oversee the accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury functions across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore

- Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and financial regulations

- Support with potential M&A; activity





Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACA preferred)

- 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience

- Solid understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory environments

- Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and execution within a multinational organisation

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
