About the company

We're partnering with a well-established Australian Healthcare Brand seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute a customer-focused marketing strategy across digital, brand, communications, events, and lead generation.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing business performance, growing market presence, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with execution. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that drive revenue, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organisation's marketing and brand strategy

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, print, and communications

- Manage marketing budgets and optimise ROI

- Oversee website, social media, content, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation activities

- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture





- Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to support commercial objectives

- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and strategic partnerships

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

- 5 years' experience in a senior marketing or head of marketing leadership position

- Proven success developing and implementing commercially effective marketing strategies

- Solid experience across digital marketing, CRM, analytics, content, and brand management

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and project management capability
