Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical workflows, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
Review and assess AI responses to healthcare data scenarios, flagging errors, inconsistencies, or clinically unsafe recommendations
Provide structured expert feedback on data quality, health information system logic, and clinical decision-support outputs
Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, health data pipelines, and reporting tools to benchmark AI performance
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace Who You Are Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and quality assessment
Able to evaluate complex health information scenarios with clinical and operational context
Clear written communication skills — you can articulate findings precisely and systematically
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
