Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. You'll work fully remotely, on a adaptable schedule, doing meaningful work that shapes how AI understands and reasons about clinical information.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR workflows, and clinical decision-making
Review and assess the accuracy, completeness, and quality of health information system descriptions and outputs
Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated clinical and operational content
Apply your expertise to provide structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model performance
Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and health informatics concepts for technical correctness
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments Who You Are Experienced with healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical thinker with a background in health informatics, clinical data, or a related field
Comfortable evaluating and critiquing data quality, reporting accuracy, and system logic
Familiar with the language and workflows of clinical and administrative healthcare environments
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured evaluation guidelines
No prior AI experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or healthcare analytics
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
