Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. Your deep knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about one of the most critical domains in the world. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated responses and outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical informatics
Identify errors, inaccuracies, or gaps in AI reasoning around clinical and operational health information
Analyze and annotate healthcare datasets to improve AI accuracy and reliability
Provide structured, expert feedback on data quality, clinical logic, and workflow relevance
Review AI outputs for alignment with real-world health informatics standards and best practices
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.),
or clinical reporting platforms
Strong analytical skills across data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
Ability to assess clinical and operational data for accuracy and relevance
Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation
Transparent and concise written communication skills Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in clinical decision support or health information management
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other health data standards
