Needs-Based Selling: You’ll ask smart discovery questions to find out what a customer actually needs before recommending a solution.

About You

You are an experienced salesperson who thrives in a target-driven environment but cares about the "how." A proven sales track record - ability to hit targets consistently over time

You are a master of listening, questioning, and objection handling.

You are resilient, coachable, and show up every day ready to perform.
