Health Policy & Management — AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in clinics or policy offices. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help train the next generation of AI models to reason accurately about population health, epidemiology, and health policy. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI systems.

As a Health Policy & Management AI Content Specialist, you'll directly shape how AI understands and communicates evidence-based health information — a role with real-world impact. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Work on your schedule, on your terms.

What You'll Do Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials

Author Ground-Truth Responses — Write rigorous, step-by-step solutions that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current public health guidelines (CDC, WHO, and beyond)

Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards; flag misinformation and logical gaps in health reasoning

Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation,



communicate health risks clearly, and serve diverse populations equitably Who You Are Hold a Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or closely related graduate degree

Have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy

Can translate complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written communication

Bring high attention to detail when reviewing statistical significance, data citations, and the logic of health interventions

No prior AI experience required — your domain expertise is what matters Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research systems

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
