At CDC Victoria, you'll work on one of Melbourne's largest and most modern bus fleets, including diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles, helping keep thousands of people moving every day. Our mechanics perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs and safety inspections to keep the fleet roadworthy and reliable.

The Reality This is a hands-on role.

You'll get dirty. You'll solve problems.



You'll work on everything from scheduled maintenance to complex fault finding. Some days are straightforward. Some days will test your skills. But every day you'll go home knowing you've helped keep your community moving. Mechanics are responsible for maintaining vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition while complying with safety and maintenance standards.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:

- Certificate III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
- Heavy vehicle mechanical experience
- Solid commitment to safety
- Team-first attitude
- Heavy vehicle licence, or willingness to obtain one
