Job Title: Hire Store Manager

Location: Kirrawee

Hours: Full Time

We are a family owned and run business servicing the Sutherland Shire and Sydney Metro areas. We supply a wide range of general equipment, machinery, vehicles and trailers for dry hire.

We're looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive the success of our business.

This role will involve:

- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing a diverse fleet of rental equipment and a small team of employees
- Ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all times
- Rostering of staff
- Monthly invoicing and issuing of customer statements
- Maintaining and improving where required current procedures and systems to ensure efficiency in a high growth period of the business
- Manage scheduling and budgeting of supplies
- Leading the team to meet monthly and yearly goals as well as setting new ones

Skills we’re looking for:





- Robust organisational skills, with an eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage a dynamic team
- Goal and solutions focused
- Previous experience in equipment rental, customer service, or a related industry.
- Driver’s Licence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technical understanding of common equipment used in construction, landscaping, and general DIY projects is a plus.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and maintaining rental agreements.
