We're looking for new cleaners to join our team here at Klean Bean Collective.

If you're someone with an eye for detail who loves to clean and enjoys plugging in your favourite music, podcast or audiobook while you work, this may be the perfect position for you.

We're a premium, eco-conscious cleaning company servicing Frankston, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula, recently voted Best Home Cleaning Service in the City of Frankston (Quality Business Awards 2026).

We offer steady casual employment, and you get to choose your working days and hours, as long as you can stick to them every week. This is important, as we can't keep changing your work days from week to week.

PLEASE NOTE: New hires start on around 10 to 15 hours of work per week until reliability and consistency is proven and training is completed.

- A team player, as most of our cleans are done in pairs, but also able to work alone!

And we provide you with all the supplies, training and guidance necessary to become a high-performance professional cleaner. To be considered for the role, we only require that you have:

- A valid Australian driver's licence
- A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- A reliable car
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) to use our scheduling app and training platform
- Availability to work during school holidays and during the week.

- Pay is run every fortnight on a Friday
- Superannuation is paid with every pay
- Your training period is fully paid
- A transparent career ladder: start with paid shadow shifts, then step up to Certified Solo and Senior Cleaner, with a pay rise at each level
