Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.

Performing light housekeeping, duties.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Administering medication as prescribed.

Assisting with mobility and exercises.

Monitoring and reporting changes in health status to healthcare team. The role offers Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.

you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current NDIS Clearance and Driver's License.
