Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated content related to hospital data governance for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability

Apply your knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks to assess and improve AI outputs

Review and annotate scenarios involving clinical data workflows, data quality controls, and cross-functional governance processes

Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or oversimplifications in AI-generated healthcare data governance content

Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand the nuances of hospital data environments





Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations

Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks — including HIPAA and related regulations

Familiar with the cross-functional realities of working across clinical, IT, compliance, and operational teams in a hospital setting

Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluating complex information

Able to clearly articulate why something is right, wrong, or incomplete in writing

No prior AI or tech experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters Nice to Have Experience with data quality programs, data annotation, or clinical data evaluation systems

Background in health informatics, clinical documentation, or regulatory compliance

Familiarity with EHR systems, data governance tools, or health data standards such as HL7 or FHIR
