Apartment Hotel Manager or Management Couple – Gladstone, Queensland

Central Apartment Group is looking for a hands-on Manager or Management Couple to run the day-to-day operations of one of our four Gladstone properties, including administration, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and — at some locations conference facilities.

This is a flexible prospect for someone/or a couple who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys the variety of a hands-on hospitality role. You might already live in Gladstone or the surrounding region and be looking for a new challenge, or you may be based elsewhere and open to relocating.

What we're looking for:

- Strong leadership and the ability to bring out the best in a dedicated team
- A willingness to get involved across every part of the business





- Genuine customer service skills and a knack for dealing with the public
- An eye for building revenue

- Comfort with computers and reporting

- Experience with RMS or similar accommodation booking systems
