Our client is a quick-growing, multi-disciplinary professional services group based in a landmark tower in the heart of Sydney CBD. Having scaled rapidly in a short space of time, this ambitious, high-energy organisation is bringing on an experienced HR Advisor to support its People team through a period of change, including a major transition onto Workday. The Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will join a close-knit, collaborative People team to keep operational and administrative HR running smoothly through a critical handover period. Your day-to-day will include data and process administration, ensuring accurate information flows through to payroll, and generalist support across the team as the business transitions onto Workday. Systems knowledge here is concentrated in a small number of people, so this role suits a genuine self-starter who can move quickly, ask the right questions, and get comfortable with ambiguity from day one.

Based onsite in Sydney CBD, five days a week initially and settling to around four, this is an initial 3-month temporary role.





The Candidate The successful candidate will be a genuine self-starter who thrives on ambiguity rather than waiting for direction, with the tenacity to see a thread through to resolution. You will bring solid HR generalist or advisory experience at a senior advisor level, ideally with hands-on Workday exposure or experience implementing a new HRIS. This fast-paced role suits someone ambitious who wants to grow through the position, not just sit in it - working holiday visa holders are welcome to apply.
