The Opportunity
Working closely with the HR Coordinator and management team, this role will provide practical HR administration support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employment documentation, HR correspondence and general employee lifecycle activities.
This is a hands-on administration role suited to someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and keeping people processes moving in a busy operational environment. You will play an important support role in coordinating recruitment advertising, candidate communication, shortlisting support and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day HR administration support to the HR Coordinator and management team.
- Assist with recruitment advertising,
candidate communication, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Prepare basic HR documents and employee correspondence as required.
- Assist with probation, performance review and HR reporting administration.
- Provide general administration support across HR and project coordination where needed.
About You
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
