CareSpace Disability and Nursing Services is a trusted Registered NDIS Provider supporting people across the Geelong region. With a dedicated team of approximately 70 staff, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and has a strong understanding of payroll, human resources, and the disability sector.

About the Role

Initially, this position will be 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 4 days per week as the organisation continues to grow.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Experience in payroll administration and human resources.
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.




- Ability to manage confidential employee and payroll information with professionalism and accuracy.

Desirable Skills

- Experience using Xero Payroll.
- Experience using ShiftCare or similar workforce management systems.
- Understanding of SCHADS Award requirements.
