We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Australian energy services business that supports major projects across the resources and energy sectors.
This is a leave cover position based in Canning Vale, commencing 17 August through to 11 September 2026.
The Role
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals
- Arrange flights and accommodation
- Manage site mobilisations and inductions
- Ensure employee compliance and mobilisation documentation is up to date
- Provide HR and administrative support to the operations team
Canning Vale location
17 August – 11 September (leave cover)
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm (earlier start and finish available)
$48 per hour, paid weekly
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous HR, mobilisation or workforce coordination experience
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
