About The Role The HRBP & Client Manager is responsible for managing the end to end performance of our client - Samsung’s Field Force Program, in order to deliver best in class execution of Samsung’s leadership in the retail space.
This includes all of the client relationship, HR/ER/IR, financial and project management requirements associated with this account.
The HRBP & Client Manager will make a significant contribution to the culture within Cheil Retail Field Force team and Samsung, via demonstrable initiatives in order to enhance the overall setting, and is responsible for the working relationship between all parties and the development of initiatives that will improve the performance, reduce costs and/or time and increase program efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the program within the agreed Budget.
- Responsibility for establishing financial arrangements with client
- Managing the programme activity to the agreed budget
- Create and develop opportunities for growing existing business
- Ensure all agreed client Key Performance Indicators are achieved throughout the year
- Ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting and feedback to the client
- Develop a clear understanding of the SEAU FFM(Field Force Management) brief
- Responsible for developing and implementing the FFM programme
- Maintain strategic overview of account, and proactively advise client on new issues and resolution options for people decisions
- Manage client relationship including expectation of timings, deliverables and output
- Ensure the program is fully resourced to deliver program Key Performance Indicators
- Manage the recruitment of any vacancies within 20 days of job ad posting
- Recruitment of headcount to budget in a timely manner to maximise revenue
- Provide leadership and support for team members on the program
- Development of staff and career planning
- Ensure Appraisal and Regular Reviews are conducted with the team
- Ensure resourcing within the account is maximised at all times
- Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas
- Provide feedback on field issues within agreed timeframes
- Ensure all reporting is provided as per the agreed timelines and KPI’s
Skills and Experiences
Qualifications And Experience
- Must have Client Service experience min 3 years
- HRBP level min 5 years
- Strong experience in developing, managing and executing project work
- Experience in retail industry an advantage
- Experience in consumer electronics /retail industry an advantage
- Computer literacy at intermediate level for office applications (advanced Excel skill preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with people from all levels within both the clients’ organization and internally
- Work well in fast changing environments
