Silverstrand is seeking multiple HSEQ Advisor to become a key part in shaping the future of our business alongside an experienced team. DIDO project from Brisbane to a large infrastructure project 4 hours west of Brisbane. 2/1 Roster - Camp, Meals, Bus provided. Base Salary + Super + Uplift + Bonus About The Role Reporting to the HSEQ Lead, your duties will include: Ensuring construction sites comply with all current legislation and codes of practice

Training and mentoring the project team

Preparation of SWMS and JHA's

Conducting risk assessments for projects and company

Experienced in AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems

Completion of onsite audits and inspections

Organising site safety meetings

Preparation of reports for management

Systems Administration of HSEQ Software Essential Skills and Experience: 3 years’ experience in the Construction Health and Safety Sector

Experience with Lucidity - highly regarded

Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety (minimum)

Current First aid certificate

Current drivers licence Knowledge of current HSE legislation, acts,



code of practice and regulations, and

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

High level of attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
