The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Transport and Distribution Centre teams across Australia. You'll work alongside leaders to provide practical people support, guide employee matters, and help drive HR projects and initiatives that improve business performance, particularly focusing on leadership capability and engagement. This role is part of a national HR team and requires interstate travel. Day to day you will:
Partner with leaders providing coaching and guidance on leadership, performance, employee engagement, workforce planning, change management and team effectiveness.
Lead complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
Provide advice on employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, employment conditions and company policies, ensuring a consistent approach across the business.
Support Enterprise Agreement negotiations and implementation activities as required.
Coach and support leaders through key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation, performance management, development and offboarding.
Support key people initiatives and annual HR programs including employee engagement surveys and performance review processes.
Identify improvements to HR processes and practices that support leaders and employees.
About
You
Robust experience as an HR business partner, ideally gained within an operational, FMCG or logistics environment.
Be solutions focused and able to build great relationships across all levels in an organisation.
Employee/Industrial Relations knowledge and able to provide guidance and support on ER matters.
Sound knowledge interpreting and applying Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
Have a logical approach with strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with competing priorities.
Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent (desirable). Why You’ll Love Working with Us
