The Role

Step into the role of HVAC Estimator, where you'll spearhead projects ranging from $5 to $10 million across diverse sectors such as commercial, education, retail, and healthcare throughout Victoria. This opportunity allows you to showcase your expertise in estimation and engineering, contributing significantly to the success of prominent projects.

The Responsibilities

- Produce precise and timely estimates for HVAC projects
- Collaborate closely with project teams to grasp client requirements effectively.
- Scrutinise project specifications, drawings, and associated documents to ascertain material, labour, and equipment costs accurately.
- Conduct thorough site visits and engage with subcontractors and suppliers to gather essential information.
- Aid in crafting project proposals and budgets

The Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in estimation or engineering capacities.
- A robust comprehension of HVAC systems and their components
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical prowess
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills




- A Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
