Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement automated request, approval, validation, fulfilment, and removal workflows for Local Administrator Access.

- Build and integrate Jira, SailPoint, identity, endpoint management, and approval workflows using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.

- Automate notifications, escalations, exception handling, attestation, access validation, and governance processes.

- Translate business requirements into scalable workflow solutions, including reusable automation components, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.

- Develop dashboards and reporting, monitor workflow performance, identify automation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

- Robust hands-on experience in workflow automation,



orchestration, approval routing, and process automation.

- Experience with Jira and SailPoint, including workflow configuration, integrations, and access management automation.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, system integrations, and enterprise automation platforms.

- Experience with identity/access management, endpoint management, Cyber/EUX systems, governance, and access validation.
