WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage import shipments from booking through to delivery
- Liaise with International Agents, Carriers and Vendors
- Work with internal departments to streamline operations
- Track and Trace Import Sea files, ensuring accurate and UpToDate files.
- Effective communication with overseas offices and agents
- Coordinate customs clearance requirements with internal brokerage team
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services and add value to clients
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3-5 years' local experience within Import Sea Operations
- EDI Cargowise software experience
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing Strong Customer Service with a Positive attitude
- Clear concise written and oral communication
