About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at our new to us manufacturing facility in Murray Bridge. This is a permanent full-time role on afternoon shift, with the opportunity to be part of a stable, local and growing team.

As an Industrial Electrician you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our production equipment and electrical systems. You will work as part of a supportive maintenance team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement of plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities include

- Performing electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on production machinery and plant equipment
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems including motors, drives, control circuits and PLCs
- Supporting production teams to resolve electrical issues quickly and safely
- Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

Shift Details

- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:06pm
- 15% afternoon shift loading applies to all ordinary hours
- Permanent full time roster (no weekend work required on this shift)

Note: We are hiring for the afternoon shift role first. A morning/day shift electrician role (6:00am – 2:06pm) will be recruited in the near future.

- Competitive hourly rate of $50 – $54 per hour base + 15% afternoon shift loading (effective rate of $57.50 – $62.10 per hour on ordinary hours)

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current A-Grade Electrical Licence (South Australia)
- Proven experience as an Industrial or Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing, processing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs and industrial control systems (highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
