Role Overview:We are seeking an Information & Governance Management PM to join our team and work with our Perth client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position and have been responsible for the delivery and subsequent implementation of complex uplift programs, specifically across privacy, information sharing and information management utilising Microsoft Purview or similar information protection technologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across business, legal, data, technology, information management, communications, procurement and external providers.
- Implement operational readiness activities required to support privacy, information sharing and information management obligations.
- Coordinate uplift of governance arrangements, roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes and accountability frameworks.
- Establish reporting, assurance and evidence management processes to support ongoing compliance and organisational maturity.
- Coordinate uplift of information asset management practices, including ownership, stewardship,



metadata management and maintenance processes.
- Support implementation of information classification, information management and supporting technology capabilities where required.
- Prepare executive reporting, governance papers, status updates and decision support materials.
- Transition outcomes into business ownership and establish ongoing operational processes and accountability.
