Own IT end to end for a growing Australian food manufacturer.

Fettayleh Foods makes halal smallgoods, fresh meats and ready-to-eat products from three sites across NSW and Victoria. We're growing fast and investing in the systems behind that growth — and we're after someone to take the reins of our entire technology setting.

This is a hands-on role for a genuine all-rounder. One day you're sorting a network issue on the factory floor; the next you're planning a phone-system migration or steering a web project with an outside agency. You'll have one team member alongside you and a network of specialist partners to call on — but you'll be the person who owns it and makes it work.

You'll report straight to the CEO and have real say in how technology supports the business. If you like variety, autonomy, and being the person who fixes things, you'll enjoy this.

What you'll look after

- The infrastructure that keeps three sites running — servers, network, cloud, Microsoft 365
- Our core business systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and the tools the production floor relies on
- Security, backups and business continuity
- Our online store and its integrations
- A few key projects in year one:



moving our phones to Microsoft Teams, replatforming the online store, and tidying up how we work with our development partners
- Relationships with IT vendors and partners, plus one direct report

About you A capable generalist, comfortable across infrastructure, networks and business systems — and just as comfortable picking up something you've never seen and working it out. You keep a cool head, explain things plainly to non-technical people, and take ownership without waiting to be asked.

You'll need

- Solid experience running mixed cloud/on-premises infrastructure and networks
- Good grounding in Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with an ERP system (Business Central ideal, similar is fine)
- Sound security fundamentals — patching, backups, access control
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and clear communication

Nice to have (we don't expect all of it)

Teams Voice/telephony, VMware, WooCommerce/WordPress, SQL Server, or a background in food manufacturing or another hands-on industry.
