As FRV’s Integrity Assurance Program Delivery Manager your principal role is to manage quality assurance around all program design and implementation covering both reliability related risks, examinations and outcomes.
Further, the essential purpose of our Integrity Assurance Program Delivery Manager is to provide leadership and strategic advice on programs of work underpinning FRV's management of strategic Risk and Integrity Framework.
Bringing with you, is your expertise that provides guidance and support to the risk and integrity functions within the Business Assurance Directorate to lift team capability in their delivery of the risk and integrity programs.
With a strategic mindset you work in a timely manner as a specialist advising and making recommendations relating to the risk and consistency, including quality when reporting. You are able to develop and strengthen teams within your remit as well as working with affiliated departments and services where, as a collective your common goals as you supervise is to deliver the program benefits.
Your previous experience in a similar focused role is how you deliver high standards of governance, integrity, risk confidence and compliance within a complex public sector, regulatory, emergency services or corporate environment.
The Team
Your team are a group of subject matter experts and you will conduct monthly reviews and retrospectives, using those retrospectives to continuously improve delivery capabilities to meet organisational outcomes.
This will assist in providing guidance and support for Committee Governance continuous improvements specifically around streamlined decision making related to risk and integrity actions.

What You Will Need To Succeed To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in strategic leadership, business continuity, risk, governance, integrity and/or auditing is desirable.
- Training or certification in fraud and corruption control, integrity management, compliance, investigations or similar disciplines.
- Membership to relevant Professional Institutes or MBA in related discipline is desirable.
