Key Responsibilities:
- Support for the HR related work for the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and key Asian markets.
- Partner with HQ to implement global HR strategies and ensure local relevance.
- Work with the local HRBP to advise business leaders on performance, talent development, employee relations, and org design.
- Support end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
- Lead or support regional HR projects and cross-country collaboration.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in Australia and across Asia.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural setting is a plus.
