Your Impact
You will coordinate the organisation's policy framework, ensuring policies, procedures and guidelines are current, practical, compliant and aligned with best practice across early childhood education and care.
The Role
You will lead the development, review and management of the policy suite, working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing the policy development and review cycle.
- Developing and maintaining policy standards, templates and processes.
- Researching ECEC legislation, regulation and best practice to inform policy.
- Working with stakeholders to develop and implement explicit, practical policies.
- Advising leaders and managers on policy changes and regulatory developments.
- Supporting projects, investigations and compliance activities.

What You Bring
You bring demonstrated experience in early childhood education and care, together with experience developing,
reviewing and managing organisational policies.
You have strong policy writing, research and analytical skills and understand the regulatory environment in which ECEC services operate.
You are highly organised, an excellent communicator and confident working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
A current Working with Children Check and driver's licence are required.
