CoreStaff is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join a well established manufacturing business in Adelaide.

This is a temporary full time role for approximately three months, providing maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will support inventory control, purchasing, forecasting and stock reconciliation across a busy production environment.

This role commences in October 2026.

About the Role

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock movements are processed correctly
- Raising, reviewing and updating purchase orders and goods received information
- Analysing forecasts, stock trends and demand requirements
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment requirements
- Liaising with transport providers to ensure goods are received on time recommendations

About You

- Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, accounts or supply chain
- Experience within a manufacturing, production or construction setting
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving abilities




- Experience with stocktakes, reconciliations and inventory reporting
- Previous team leader or coordinator experience
- Certificate IV in Logistics, Supply Chain or Purchasing would be highly regarded
