Inventory Clerk – Chemical Manufacturing

Synergie is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a leading chemical and paint manufacturer located in Clayton.

Important parts

- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
- Pay rate: $36 per hour + Super
- Location: Clayton, VIC
- Start date: Immediate start available

What you will be required to do

- Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.
- Receipting of materials either from factory or from external supplier into ERP system.
- Processing of warehouse orders either for manufacturing or for external supply.
- Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines, physical stock matches system stock data either through paper based or RF scanning.
- Manual handling of up to 10kg

To be successful in the role you will

- Forklift license and experience highly desired but not required
- Have previous experience in inventory coordination, warehousing or manufacturing
- Solid Microsoft Office skills,



specifically in EXCEL and Outlook
- SAP experience ideal but not essential
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong problem solving and communication skills
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have reliable transport to travel to Clayton
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and compliance
