Our dynamic team of 1,500+ professionals work across 40 unique retail concepts – and now, we want YOU to join our team! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE ROLE: We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join our team and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across airport terminals. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently. *Monday to Friday availability - 8:00AM to 4:00PM (some flexibility on shift times depending on operational needs) ✅ What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment
✅ Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites
✅ Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset
✅ Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement
✅ Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels
✅ Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals
✅ Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting
✅ Solid computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel (Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Business Central)
✅ Confident leadership and people management skills
✅ Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
✅ Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred
✅ Physically fit – this is a hands-on role that includes manual handling
✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights,
