Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Inventory & Inbound Planning professional. The role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating inbound shipments, and ensuring that physical inventory records align with system data. Daily tasks include reviewing inventory reports, identifying discrepancies, and communicating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain timely and accurate replenishment.
The person in this role will help optimize inventory control processes, support demand forecasting, and contribute to process documentation. The position requires proactive communication, effective coordination of incoming orders, and consistent follow-up to maintain service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management,
with the ability to maintain accurate records and analyze stock data.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote workplace.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory or ERP systems; ability to generate and interpret inventory and inbound planning reports.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and adapt to evolving processes and tools.
