? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and industry research to support client engagements.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and investment analyses.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, information memorandums, and other transaction materials.
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and company performance.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Perform due diligence by reviewing financial, operational, and market information.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to execute client projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
