⏳ Contract Length: 6 months About You

You are an accomplished Project Manager with a strong track record delivering technology programs within large, complex financial services environments. You are confident managing competing priorities, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams — without needing hand-holding to get there. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across platform, quality engineering, and financial crime domains

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams

Engage and align senior business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Facilitate governance, reporting, and executive updates in line with enterprise delivery standards

Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, compliance, and vendor teams





Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, escalating where appropriate

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the quality standards expected by the business

Support continuous improvement of delivery practices, frameworks, and tooling Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience delivering complex technology projects within large financial services or banking environments

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive reporting

Solid risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar

Experience across platform engineering, DevOps, quality engineering, or financial crime programs highly regarded A self-sufficient and resourceful operator who works efficiently under pressure and delivers without the need for hand-holding

Comfortable operating with confidence and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities can shift quickly Qualifications
