IT Systems Developer (Automation & Business Solutions)

Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure business operating across Queensland and South Australia. We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Developer to join our team based in Milton, Brisbane.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation, around 2+ years of development experience, and a passion for automation, problem solving and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support automation, integration and business system solutions.
- Configure and enhance SaaS and Microsoft-based platforms.
- Create scripts and automated processes to improve business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, automation and integration issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions.
- Explore emerging technologies including AI, Copilot and Power Platform

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience in software development, automation or systems development.




- Experience with scripting or development technologies such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell or similar.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and data structures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for technology and a desire to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable

- Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Experience with AI, Copilot or automation technologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based business applications and integrations.
