As a Java Application Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and operational excellence of our core Java-based applications.

- 8+ years’ experience in application operations support, you will leverage your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and MVC frameworks to oversee the full application lifecycle – from planning and development through to deployment and ongoing support.
- In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage cross-functional technical teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and quality standards.
- You will be responsible for planning project timelines, managing resources, mitigating risks, and facilitating clear communication across teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical application specialists to drive end-to-end application operations, including incident, problem, change, continuous service improvement (CSI), and availability management.
- Own and enhance application availability, resilience and stability through proactive service improvements and operational best practices.
- Apply strong project management and leadership skills, ideally with a background in Agile methodologies, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Utilise DevOps tools and practices to streamline development, deployment, and operational processes.




- Demonstrate working knowledge of cloud fundamentals (preferably AWS), and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, JFrog, XLRelease, and Ansible.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, effectively interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Use your strong analytical and communication skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the application landscape.

- 8+ years of Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process driven setting.
- Solid foundation in IT systems and application support preferably in a cloud based environment
- Demonstrate clear understanding of customer priorities, escalations and service restoration.
- Awareness of change management and disaster recovery principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deal with Stakeholders at multiple levels
- Willingness to learn new technologies and domain areas.
