Configure and administer Jira and Confluence across enterprise technology and business teams.

Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, issue types, permissions, notifications, schemes, dashboards and reports.

Administer Jira Service Management (JSM), including workflows, queues, SLAs, request types and automation.

Configure and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, knowledge bases and project documentation.

Develop Jira workflows and automation aligned with Energy/Utilities business and technology processes.

Manage user access, groups, roles and security permissions.

Support Agile delivery teams across major technology, infrastructure, transformation and operational initiatives.

Integrate Jira and Confluence with other enterprise platforms and tools.

Support platform upgrades, migrations, configuration changes and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot Jira/Confluence configuration and access issues.

Establish Atlassian governance, standards and administration practices.

Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Owners,



Developers, Testing teams and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into Jira/Confluence solutions.

Maintain appropriate documentation, audit trails and configuration records within a regulated enterprise environment.

Essential

Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on Jira and Confluence administration/configuration experience.

Robust experience configuring

Jira workflows and workflow schemes

Custom fields and screens

Issue types and project configurations

Permission and notification schemes

Dashboards, filters and reports

Jira automation

User and group administration

Strong Confluence administration experience.

Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM).

Experience working in Energy, Utilities or other large-scale enterprise environments.

Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban delivery methodologies.

Experience with Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center.
