yourtown is seeking expressions of interest from experienced leaders to join our services impact committee (SIC) as an independent external member. The committee supports the board in overseeing the quality, safety, effectiveness and impact of services that support children, young people and families across Australia.

We are particularly interested in hearing from leaders with expertise in:

✅ Youth services

✅ Mental health and wellbeing

✅ Safeguarding and child protection

✅ Research, evaluation and outcomes measurement

✅ Public policy and advocacy

✅ Digital service delivery, digital transformation and technology enabled support

✅ Innovation in service design and emerging service models for children and young people

This is an opportunity to contribute your expertise to one of Australia's largest youth focused not for profit organisations,



helping shape services including Kids Helpline, employment and education programs, parenting support and community services.

If you are an experienced executive, board director, governance qualified or recognised sector leader looking to make a meaningful contribution, we would love to hear from you.
