About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent chance for someone looking to start or build their career within a manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on learning role where you will be coached and supported by experienced team members while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business, including finance, purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, quality, and maintenance. You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day administrative activities while developing a broad understanding of how a manufacturing business operates from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across all areas of the business.
- Assist with data entry, filing, invoicing, accounts payable, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate records and information within MYOB, Excel, and other business systems.
- Support purchasing, inventory, and supply chain administration activities.
- Assist with production scheduling and manufacturing administration tasks.
- Provide administrative support to Production, Quality, Maintenance, Blending, NPD and Logistics teams.
- Coordinate office tasks and assist team members as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Ensure business information is recorded accurately and maintained appropriately.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business through a flexible and cooperative approach.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Interest in manufacturing and learning broader business operations.
Desirable
- Exposure to or understanding of a beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar operational workplace.
- Previous employment, work placement, internship, or part-time work experience.
- Experience using MYOB or similar business systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technology to support productivity and efficiency
