Level Plumbing Lithgow is looking for an organised and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team.
Position details
- Permanent part-time
- 19.5 hours per week
Applicants must have at least six months’ previous experience in administration, reception or a similar office-based customer-service role.
Your duties will include
- Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Monitoring emails and helping with booking confirmations
- Entering and maintaining customer and job information
- Filing, scanning, document preparation and data entry
- Assisting with job records, purchase orders and invoice documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team
- Learning Simpro and other business systems
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A reliable and helpful approach
- The ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
- A willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure
Experience with Simpro, Microsoft 365, Xero or a trade-service business would be an advantage but is not essential.
