THE OPPORTUNITY

Evergent is a rapidly growing Australian accounting and advisory group with franchise partners operating across the country.

As our Junior BDM, you'll work directly with our senior leadership and business development team to help grow our national network.

You'll be speaking with accountants, business professionals and prospective business owners who have expressed interest in joining Evergent.

Your job is simple

Start conversations. Build relationships. Create opportunities. Help us grow.

You'll learn how to:

- Prospect and generate new opportunities
- Speak confidently with business owners and professionals
- Qualify inbound leads
- Conduct high-quality sales conversations
- Follow up prospects relentlessly
- Manage a professional sales pipeline
- Book discovery meetings and presentations
- Use CRM and sales technology effectively
- Build long-term commercial relationships
- Progress towards running and closing your own deals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

You might already have some experience in sales, recruitment, real estate, automotive, finance, telecommunications or customer service.





Or you might simply know that sales is where you belong and you're looking for someone to give you the opportunity.
