About The Role:

We're looking for a Junior Developer to join our growing tech team based in Mascot. In this role, you'll support the development and evolution of internal systems, with a focus on Salesforce platform enhancements, workflow automations and backend integrations.

Working closely with developers, the product team, and business stakeholders, you'll learn to build scalable and secure solutions that directly impact how we operate across sales, customer success, and operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll work across development tasks and contribute to platform improvement projects.

You will

- Learn and apply Salesforce tools such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Build and maintain internal automations and workflows across key departments




- Assist in backend integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Monitor data quality, applying validation rules and security protocols
- Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Follow best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable development
- Contribute to cross-functional development projects across the business
- Keep clear documentation and provide regular updates on progress

About You:

You'll ideally have

- Experience:
- 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience with completed or near-completed tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

- Mindset & Problem Solving:

- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning.

- Core Technical Skills:

- A solid foundation in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar)
- Exposure to full stack development, RESTful APIs and system integration.
- Understanding of software development principles, including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- An understanding of software testing principles, with a willingness to learn automated testing practices.
- Experience in AI/LLM based development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code




- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS

- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
