Talentpay is looking for a motivated and detail orientated Junior Producer / On Set Chaperone to support our production team across commercial shoots, while also representing Talentpay on set as a Child Supervisor.
The role combines on-set child supervision, production administration and general producer support, making it ideal for someone looking to build experience in commercial production and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- On Set
Represent Talentpay on film shoots, fittings and rehearsals as a Child Supervisor.
Supervise child talent and ensure their welfare and wellbeing is maintained throughout the production.
Follow Talentpay’s on-set chaperone procedures and ensure activities are conducted in line with relevant Workforce Inspectorate guidelines and child employment requirements.
Liaise with production teams, agencies, parents/guardians and talent in a skilled manner.
Ensure required on-set documentation and records are completed accurately.
Escalate any issues or concerns to the relevant Talentpay Producer.

Production
Support
Action purchase orders (POs) and issue contracts
Complete SISOs and other required production documentation.
Assist Producers with general production administration and coordination.
Provide ad hoc support to Producers across bookings, paperwork, talent and production requirements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
Assist with general office and team support as required.
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident and professional when working on set.
Comfortable working with children, parents/guardians and production teams.
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Interested in building a career in commercial production, talent management or the advertising industry.
Previous production or on-set experience is advantageous but not essential.
