The Opportunity
TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking, on behalf of our client, a Junior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project across Perth and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

The role is site-based and includes rotational travel to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation anticipated for approximately six months.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day project coordination and administrative support
- Managing project documentation, reporting and records
- Coordinating meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications
- Tracking milestones, deliverables and timelines
- Supporting procurement, logistics and site activities
- Assisting with project personnel onboarding and coordination
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, administration or a similar role, ideally within civil, construction or infrastructure
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
- Australian Citizenship
- Ability to hold or obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance, with potential upgrade to NV1
- Availability to work onsite and undertake the required CKI rotation
