We are looking for an experienced, organised and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our small team at a busy Accounting, Tax and Bookkeeping firm on a part time basis (2-3 days per week).
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
- Booking and coordinating client appointments
- Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining client databases
- Preparing invoices and taking client payments
- Handling general office and client administration including filing and mail handling
- Providing adhoc support to other staff members as required
What we’re looking for:
- High level communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and established time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable Handling confidential information
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software and ATO Tax Agent Portal desirable.
- Professional, friendly and well presented
