About the Role

We are looking for energetic Junior Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to join our door-to-door outreach team. You won't be closing hard sales; your sole mission is to connect with Brisbane homeowners and offer them a valuable service entirely for free.
Your Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Knock on doors and spark friendly, trusting conversations with homeowners in your local Brisbane patch.
- Offer Free Inspections: Inform residents about KOVA’s Free Roof Inspection Program—no selling or payment required.
- Identify Opportunities:
Help homeowners identify properties potentially eligible for a fully funded roof replacement due to storm and hail damage.
What We Are Looking For:
- Grit & Energy: People with high energy, confidence, and a drive to win (perfect for those from a sports, fitness, or competitive background!).
- Natural Communicators: Ability to quickly build rapport and trust at the doorstep.
- Self-Starters: Relentless work ethic and the ability to manage your own local area.
- No Experience Needed: Full comprehensive training in homeowner engagement and hail damage awareness is provided by the KOVA team.
