We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our busy café team.

This is a casual position, working predominantly morning and weekends. We’re looking for someone who is organised, works with a sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the role

Your duties will include

- Washing dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils
- Keeping the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organised
- General kitchen cleaning
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste areas
- Assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
- Helping with general kitchen duties during busy service periods
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has some previous kitchen, café or restaurant experience
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work




- Can work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organised
- Is physically capable of working on their feet throughout a shift
- Works well as part of a team
- Is available for predominantly morning shifts, including weekends as required
