Redcape Hospitality is looking for a dependable Casual Kitchen Hand to join the team at Brightwater Hotel on the Sunshine Coast.
You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service while also assisting the chefs with basic food preparation.

What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen, storage and service areas clean and organised
- Assist the chefs with basic food preparation
- Help receive, store and rotate kitchen supplies
- Support the team before, during and after service
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
- Confidence working quickly during busy service
- Willingness to assist with basic food preparation
- Good communication and the ability to work as part of a team
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is welcomed but not essential
- Availability across nights,
weekends and public holidays
