Gardener – Training & Career Progression Available

$30–$38 per hour | Full Time or Part Time | Southern Highlands

Family Tree Horticulture maintains established residential gardens and their surrounding infrastructure throughout the Southern Highlands.

We don't run a high-volume “mow and go” maintenance round. Our focus is on looking after quality gardens properly and developing people who take pride in their work.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, you'll work alongside our team and learn:

- Lawn and garden maintenance
- Hedging and pruning
- Turf care and refinement
- Plant identification and care
- Soil conditioning and improvement
- Plant health management
- Safe use of professional horticultural equipment

Already experienced? Great. Know very little but genuinely want to learn? We're interested in you too.
